Alongside live production and immersive performance work, I have been developing narrative and experimental short film projects through both university productions and independent collaborations.
My work combines directing, producing, performance, concept development, and collaborative storytelling, with a strong focus on emotional tension, audience engagement, surrealism, realism, and performance-driven scenes. I am particularly interested in creating films that provoke reaction — whether through humour, discomfort, emotional intensity, or absurdity — rather than passive viewing experiences.
Through university film productions, documentary work, and independent projects, I have explored different approaches to cinematic storytelling while continuing to develop my understanding of directing actors, visual pacing, scene construction, and collaborative filmmaking processes.
I have also participated as an actor in several independent productions, including projects connected to the Rave Dance Film Festival, expanding my experience both in front of and behind the camera.
My filmmaking process is highly collaborative and strongly focused on performance, atmosphere, and visual interpretation.
I enjoy working closely with actors, cinematographers, editors, and sound teams while balancing multiple creative perspectives within a single production environment.
One of the most challenging aspects of filmmaking for me is maintaining a unified creative vision while allowing collaborators the freedom to contribute their own artistic voice.
I see filmmaking as a living process shaped through trust, experimentation, adaptation, and shared creative energy.
My background in immersive performance and live audience interaction has significantly influenced my cinematic approach, particularly in the way I direct actors, build emotional rhythm, and create scenes that feel immediate and alive.
Moving forward, I aim to continue developing films and creative productions that combine strong emotional impact, immersive atmosphere, and meaningful audience connection.
