The UA in UK Fashion Show is a recurring project presented within the official London Fashion Week programme. Across multiple seasons, the show has brought together over 300 guests, up to 100 models, and multidisciplinary teams exceeding 100 crew members.
As an Executive Producer within Volkova Agency, I support the coordination and delivery of large-scale fashion events from pre-production through to live execution. My role focuses on overseeing operational processes, aligning departments, and ensuring that all elements of the production function smoothly in high-pressure live environments.
My responsibilities include coordinating backstage operations, supervising volunteers and production teams, overseeing communication between technical and creative departments, managing timing and logistics, supporting designers and partners on-site, and ensuring readiness across sound, lighting, staging, and venue operations.
Working in live fashion production requires constant adaptability, fast decision-making, and strong communication between multiple teams simultaneously. The role involves balancing structured planning with real-time problem solving to maintain the overall flow and quality of the show.
The project has continued to expand across multiple London Fashion Week seasons, contributing to growing industry visibility for participating designers and ongoing collaborations within the international fashion and creative industries, including partnerships connected to Jimmy Choo Academy.
This experience strengthened my understanding of large-scale live production, collaborative creative environments, and the relationship between fashion, performance, and visual storytelling.
